CREATING A RETURN

Please proceed as follows when returning your item:

1. Create a copy of the invoice or a brief summary of the order (order number, address, items, reason for return). This enables fast processing of your return at our logistics center.
   You are also welcome to use this return form: Return Form
2. Simply include this document with your return shipment.
3. Then send the goods back to us. The return address is:

4. Make sure to note your tracking number so you can monitor the arrival of your package.

Please note that processing returns usually takes 1–7 business days. In technical cases or when we need to consult the supplier, processing may take longer.

Please understand that we cannot accept postage unpaid shipments.

If you believe the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a return form. Please note that the return will be checked by our returns department. If the reason for the return is not our fault (e.g., “ordered by mistake” or “don’t like it”), the return label will be charged at €4.99 within Germany.
